Sold out
Every flip starts with full commitment.
Flipable is a flip trainer system that helps you learn to move your body forwards and backwards. Front flips, backflips, back handsprings, handstands. It supports you through the rotation so you can commit fully instead of half-throwing it and hoping.

Mental blocks
The skill didn't leave. Your mental block just stopped letting you.
That's what makes a block so frustrating. It isn't that you can't do it. You could do it last month. Now you run up, and something stops you on the last step. Back handsprings/flicks get hit hardest, because you're throwing backwards into space you can't see.
Every stop makes it worse
Every time you run up and stop, your body learns that stopping kept you safe. Do that enough times and pulling out becomes the automatic choice, so the next attempt is harder than the one before it.
"Just commit" doesn't help
You already know you can do it. Being told to try harder adds pressure to a problem that is made of pressure. Blocks don't respond to willpower.
Reps are what shift it
Enough clean rotations, with the fear taken out, and your body stops bracing. That is the entire job of the harness: get you the successful reps that rebuild trust.
Back handsprings/flicks, back tucks, front tucks. If your body has stopped letting you, this is what Flipable is for.
The idea
Rig it. Clip in. Commit.
The harness sits on your hips and connects to an anchor point above the mat. It carries part of your weight through the rotation, so the flip happens the way it's meant to and you get the reps that actually build confidence.
-
1
Rig it
Attach the anchor strap to a secure bar, or a pair of our ceiling mounts.
-
2
Clip in
Padded belt, adjustable leg loops, two clips. Thirty seconds and you're ready to go.
-
3
Commit
Jump, drive the arms, spot the landing. Back the support off as your confidence grows.
Every Flipable comes as a complete system: the padded adjustable harness and the full rigging kit that connects it overhead. Adult and kids harnesses will both be available, with the adult harness fitting up to 90kg.
£259 for the complete system
Ceiling mounts, sold alongside
No rig at home? We'll also be selling the ceiling mounts you can see in our videos. They're a pair of steel anchor plates that bolt into structural joists or beams and give you two proper attachment points above the mat. Buy them with the harness as a bundle, or on their own.
Fitting into structure only. Never plasterboard or a suspended ceiling.

Flipable reduces risk. It doesn't remove it. Only rig it to an anchor point rated for dynamic loads, always train over appropriate matting, and check the harness, cords, swivel and carabiners before every session. Under-18s should only use it under qualified supervision. Full instructions ship with every harness.
